Technical experience :
- Rich experience in wordpress development,
- Should be able to Provide technical guidance to the team and help with architecture design.Exposure to Gutenberg blocks or React.js is an added plus Actively participating in the planning and team mentoring, Code reviews, optimization/performance improvements Should be able to participate in technical discussions with client,and/or their vendors.
- Should be able to capture the requirements and help developers/leads understand Collaborate with the development scrum teams to translate the roadmap into a workable backlog having thorough definitions of done to ensure quality
- Guide and support the development team, taking a role of a leader able to distinguish between priorities easily and to make decisions quickly
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills Team player, and able to work on own initiative. Assertive and results driven
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
