Venkat has over 10 years of professional experience particularly in Global Service Delivery, Mentoring, Operations support and Digital Transformation. During his career he has Led an IT Application Support team, followed service delivery standards (ITIL V3) and has been involved in 24X7 IT Support Management. Leveraged change management best practices and stakeholder engagement for successful adoption of strategic initiatives. Experienced in creating complex, cross-team project plans and followed up with successful managing the team for executing projects. Performed project reviews by getting into the depth of various technical and non-technical functional areas to determine the scope, requirements, risks, and dependencies.
