Formed by the Farm Bureau, it primarily serves the farming and agriculture community and provides quality insurance products and risk management solutions to the insurers.
Our customer, who is in the Insurance segment, was undergoing a massive technology revamp of their systems. They are located in a difficult area of the country and to find local talent was virtually impossible.
Through our Contingent/Contract labor workforce solution, we got engaged with the customer to be their resourcing partner.
